Disaster Relief Support

In a humanitarian initiative, Rotary Club of Devdaha extended financial support to Sharda Adhikari of Devdaha-7, who is facing an extremely difficult situation following the tragic loss of her two sons, Ashmit Adhikari and Ashwin Adhikari, in the Bhotekoshi flood of Bhadra 10.
The Club handed over a cheque of NPR 51,000, collected through voluntary contributions from members of Rotary Club of Devdaha. The assistance was provided to support Sharda during this extremely difficult period.

Sharda Adhikari is a single woman from Devdaha-7 who has been living under difficult financial circumstances. The disappearance and reported loss of her two sons, Ashmit and Ashwin, has left her facing profound personal and financial hardship, with very limited means of support for her future.
The financial assistance is intended to provide immediate support and solidarity to Sharda as she navigates this difficult period. Deputy Mayor of Devdaha Municipality Bidhya Laxmi Gurung and Municipality Spokesperson Ganesh Dumre were present during the handover. President Rtn. Narayan Bhandari handed over the cheque to Sharda Adhikari on behalf of the Club. The initiative reflects Rotary Club of Devdaha’s commitment to humanitarian service and Creating Lasting Impact in the community.
